Portrait Announces New EDGE 2020 Deal with Large European Tier One Retail Bank

Portrait Software plc (London: PST), a leader in Customer Interaction Optimisation software, announces that a large European Tier One Retail Bank has successfully gone live with Portrait's Foundation software. This is part of a £1million multi-year contract signed with the Bank in the second half of the last financial year to upgrade from the Company's EDGE product, to EDGE 2020, which
uses Portrait's latest web-based technology.

EDGE 2020 will greatly enhance the Bank's customer service offering, enabling its 5,000 agent retail banking contact centre network to become more fully connected to other areas of the business so that all customer needs can be dealt with at the first point of contact. Going live with EDGE 2020 powered by Portrait Foundation also represents a low risk and cost effective solution for the Bank enabling it to extend and enhance its existing infrastructure where it has previously made significant investment.
