Quadstone Grows Success in MSP Market
BOSTON, Mass., May 28th, 2005- Quadstone, the leading provider of customer analysis software for agile business, today announced several new customers and contracts that strengthen its presence in the marketing services provider (MSP) market in both the USA and UK. The new clients include Epsilon Data Management, one of the leading US MSPs with a focus on a highly analytic approach to marketing, and iMarketing a new UK MSP that provides a full MSP solution based around Quadstone and Chordiant technology.
Mark Smith, Quadstone President, said “So far 2005 has been a great year for us in the MSP space — we have signed new extended contracts with BeNow and MBS, two of our longstanding MSP customers here in the US. We have also won a major new insurance client in Canada that will be serviced through our MSP partner Analuein, in Toronto, and a new analytic service provider partner Decision Intelligence Inc in Minneapolis. We are building a healthy momentum in the MSP marketplace, and that is a direct result of the new technology we have developed for them over the last year, as well as the new business model we have developed to service them.”
Quadstone has a long history in the service provider sector — winning clients such as QuadGraphics as long ago as 1999, and has retained such original clients as customers and partners. Quadstone technology is now generating results for an ever-wider set of customers when used by or through the MSP channel. This has been a powerful mechanism to introduce Quadstone's solution to users in non-core vertical markets such as entertainment, travel, retail and pharmaceuticals.
