AIT and Fiserv CBS Worldwide form global partnership

Strategic partnership extends eight-year relationship between two companies to help financial institutions improve customer relationships

London, UK (October 16, 2003) - AIT and Fiserv CBS Worldwide have formed a strategic partnership, expanding a relationship the two companies started in 1995. Under the terms of the partnership, Fiserv CBS Worldwide will adapt and integrate AIT’s Portrait product into its end-to-end marketing, sales and servicing solutions for financial services clients worldwide.

Fiserv CBS Worldwide markets business and technology solutions to financial institutions in more than 50 countries, throughout Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States. Starting in the mid-‘90s, Fiserv integrated AIT’s technology components in its successful Alliant Customer Relationship Servicing (CRS) solution, now licensed in more than 25,000 branch and call centre workstations in 19 countries.

Key elements in the Fiserv decision to leverage AIT’s technology framework include its standardisation on a thin client and Web services-based environment, an integrated business process engine, and the focus both companies place on the financial services industry, according to Alex Groenendyk, President, Fiserv CBS Worldwide.
