Portrait Software acquires customer analytics specialist Quadstone
Henley, UK 2 December 2005 – Portrait Software, a leader in Customer Interaction Management software has acquired customer analytics specialist, Quadstone.
Quadstone is a recognised global provider of best-of-breed customer analytics software. The acquisition will provide Portrait with the ability to offer its customers real time intelligence and decision management tools for marketing, sales and service applications. .
By bringing customer analytics together with interaction management, Portrait Software will help businesses create the best customer engagement strategies and quickly deploy across all sales and service channels. Ongoing analysis of these customer interactions will enable the supporting processes to be continuously refined, driving superior and more profitable customer relationships.
The result is a new level of marketing response, sales success and customer service excellence.

Portrait now has over 200 customers globally that could leverage this proposition, including new Quadstone customers such as Merrill Lynch and Washington Mutual. It will also provide added strength in the telecoms sector with customers like T-Mobile and BT. Additionally, Portrait can help Public Sector organisations measure the impact of process changes on service delivery and capacity.

The Quadstone infrastructure, including the customer support website, will remain in place as well as all of the current product support contracts and responsibilities.
