Portrait Resolve™ is an incident management portal that distributes and manages service requests to departments beyond the contact centre – including external partner agencies.
The Portrait Resolve™ portal supports two-way collaboration with partners, giving authorized users a read-only view of the information captured at the time of the call.
No additional software is required. The partner or other department only needs a web browser, a user ID and a password.
