EISEC Integration the easy way
Portrait Locate™ is a low-cost, caller location solution, providing an alternative to costly CAD or ICCS integration with BT EISEC.
The solution allows call handlers to interact with the EISEC service through a simple dialog. It can also act as an EISEC gateway for existing applications.
