Lloyds TSB Group plc was renamed Lloyds Banking Group plc on 19 January 2009, following the acquisition of HBOS plc. This makes us the largest retail bank in the UK with a number of leading market positions. One in three people bank with us.

Fortis Insurance came into being in April 2000 with the integration of Bishopsgate Insurance Ltd and Northern Star Insurance Company Limited. Both companies were well established in the insurance market and the combination provided a wider choice of products for our customers and consolidated our commitment to the intermediary channel.
Fortis remain dedicated to the intermediary market, and provide both personal lines and commercial packages, backed up by a commitment to providing outstanding service.
TrygVesta
TrygVest are the second-largest general insurer in the Nordic region with activities in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. They are the largest general insurer in Denmark and Norway’s third largest general insurer. They have had rapidly growing activities in Finland and Sweden since 2001 and 2006, respectively.
TrygVesta's insurance offering includes the following areas: liability, workers' compensation, motor, building, contents, cargo, house, personal accident and health care. They sell the great majority of their products through their own distribution channels. TrygVesta also have a strong strategic partnership with Nordea, the largest bank in the Nordic region.
RACWA
The Royal Automotive Club (RAC) was formed by a small group of enthusiastic car owners in 1905.
Since then the organisation has grown considerably and well over half a million vehicles are now covered under RAC membership.
RAC offers a wide range of motoring and allied services including vehicle breakdown and towing assistance, general insurance products, vehicle inspections, technical advice, touring and travel services, personal loans, finance and investment products, and driver training.
