Number of Securities in Issue
The Company's issued share capital consists of 118,419,867 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), each share having equal voting rights.The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 118,419,867.
As a result of a previous capital reconstruction, the Company has also issued a number of deferred shares which may be disregarded as they have no right to vote or receive dividends, and have effectively zero rights to a return of capital.
