Graduate Training
We are committed to training our staff in the latest technologies and methods.
We recognise that you may not have the required IT skills, or that you have never put your computing knowledge to real everyday practical use. For all graduates who join us we will make sure you understand the basics of IT, the methodologies we use and the businesses that our clients operate. Whatever your discipline and final role we will make sure you have the necessary skills to perform your tasks successfully. For example, training for developers will include programming languages for Windows platforms, and future Quality Engineers will receive training in testing techniques and the use of test tools.
Training is continuous throughout your career and we will encourage you to expand your knowledge through training courses, self study and any necessary professional qualifications.
